How it works?

1. Quick Sign-up

Innovative Business Services (IBS) creates a customized profile for client access (24/7) to the secure IBS portal, with real-time view of orders, inventory, and downloadable reports. IBS portal has multiple firewall and security appliances, with advanced data centers for reliability and back-up of client information.

2. Ship Your Items to Us

IBS accepts numerous types of shipments from shipping containers (pallet & floor loaded), traditional semi-trailers that are pallet loaded, and individual boxes. Convenient docking hours Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, no appointment required. We also offer cross-docking, LTL shipping and international shipping.

3. Inventory Inspection

Once your inventory arrives at our warehouse, the inventory is unloaded and inspected by our receiving specialists. Our specialists converse with the drivers to confirm all inventory has been received. From this point, our specialists will inspect each box and pallet carefully, ensuring no damages have occurred in transit. IBS maintains complete inventory records that are updated within 48 business hours of receipt into the IBS portal.

4. Integration

IBS will manage, update, and monitor your inventory daily. After inventory lands, IBS will verify packing list inventory counts match the items received. Inventory is then uploaded into the IBS portal under the client’s IBS portal profile. This is where our inventory management experts take over.

5. Launch

Upon IBS portal activation and inventory import completion, your business will be ready to go live. Giving you 24/7 access to your personalized on-line portal where you can place/track orders, track live inventory, and view reports. Clients have the option of setting up an API to upload their orders from their shopping cart or manually uploading orders. Your company will have access to the IBS warehouse management team daily, personalized services, and the most competitive shipping rates around.
